Launch a new magazine for Star Metroland Media based on food and/or drinks.
why eggs?
Eggs are accessible. Eggs are affordable. These high nutrient little goodies can be used in so many different ways from healthy meals to not so healthy treats. The easiest focus for this topic is of course the infamous brunch, the golden meal for all food bloggers and arguably the most important meal of the day.
target
From young adults and working professionals to stay-at-home moms and modest parents. People who relish their cooking time and keep an eye out for new culinary ventures to bring to their kitchen. These people may even work in restaurant kitchens but are more likely to be part of the vast community of food bloggers and there’s nothing food bloggers love more than brunch.
